      Boriana, Michał, Alex, Cristina and Lucien have recommended possible valuable speakers for the conference. Discussions on this topic will continue, with decisions to be finalized by September.

    Following the peer review of the chapters and the authors’ revisions, the manuscript will be copyedited and sent to the publisher in July 2026.

  3. Reports:

    The Annual Report for the period Oct. 2025 – Sept. 2026 should be submitted by Sept. 21st, 2026 at the latest.

    Boriana, Oana and Michał should submit their reports until Dec. 14, 2026. Their reporting period is Feb. 2026 – Jan. 2027.
